This issue is often related to microphone permissions. Please check that your microphone is not muted, and allowed for the platform in your browser settings. You may need to allow microphone access for the site and refresh the page after updating permissions.
To allow the microphone for Google Chrome: Click the three dots icon on the top right of your screen and click Setting -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> Microphone. If you see Axio listed the "Not Allowed to use Microphone" list click the delete icon on the right. Then refresh your browser. You will be asked on the assessment page if Axio can access your microphone, click Yes/Allow.
To allow the microphone for Microsoft Edge: Click the three dots icon on the top right of your screen and click settings -> Privacy, Search, and Services -> Site Permissions -> All Permissions -> Microphone . If you see Axio listed the "Not Allowed to use Microphone" list click the delete icon on the right. Then refresh your browser. You will be asked on the assessment page if Axio can access your microphone, click Yes/Allow.
To allow the microphone for Firefox: Click the three row icon on the top right of your screen and click settings -> Privacy and Security -> Scroll down to Permissions -> Navigate to Microphone and click Settings -> If you see Axio listed in the pop-up box, delete it. Then refresh your browser. You will be asked on the assessment page if Axio can access your microphone, click Yes/Allow.
To allow the microphone for Safari: Click Safari on the menu bar at the top -> Settings -> Websites -> Scroll down to Permissions -> Microphone -> Find Axio within the list and click "Allow." Then refresh your browser.
