I don’t see my assessment grade after finishing. It continues to say “evaluation pending”. Is this normal?

Yes. Some oral assessments may take longer to load or finalize before seeing your grade and allowing you to retake. If you see “evaluation pending” for longer than 24 hours, please contact support.
